It is made with a mix of spices like black pepper, cinnamon stick, star anise, cardamom pods, bay leaves, fresh ginger, and cloves. The anti-inflammatory, antifungal, and anti-bacterial properties of masala tea protect you from nasal congestion. The immunity-boosting clove and ginger will also assist you in reducing cough and cold.
Rinse the pot with warm water & add one teaspoon of tea leaves per cup. Gently pour hot water ideally at 90 degrees celsius. Steep for 3 minutes, strain & serve.
